Transaction Process

The transaction process for buying and selling (leasing transactions will be covered in another article) is divided into the following steps:

For Sellers:

1. Contact Us
   Sellers need to contact us and provide the relevant IP address range and market price. We will conduct a preliminary evaluation of the price based on the market situation.

2. Resource Legality Verification
   We will verify the legality of the IP resources provided by the seller to ensure that there are no legal issues or disputes. Once verified, the resources will be added to our marketplace for buyers to choose from.

For Buyers:

1. Select the Appropriate Range and Price
   Buyers need to choose the IP address range they require and confirm the price they are willing to accept. If the current market price exceeds the buyer's budget, we will conduct a price inquiry on behalf of the buyer.

2. Buyer Price Inquiry
   If the price exceeds the buyer's budget, we will inquire on their behalf and provide the best price received within 24 hours.

3. Once Agreement Is Reached
   Once both parties agree on the price and range, the transaction will proceed as follows:

   • Step 1: Both the buyer and the seller will each pay a one-time brokerage fee of 100 USD via PayPal.

   • Step 2: We will prepare the Escrow invoice to ensure the security of the transaction.

   • Step 3: After the buyer pays to the Escrow account, we will prepare the transfer contract.

   • Step 4: After both parties sign the contract, the seller will submit the final confirmation.

Breach and Refund:

• Breach Handling: If either party breaches the agreement during the transaction, the brokerage fee paid will be refunded to the other party after deducting any transaction fees.

• Refund after Successful Completion: Once the transaction is successfully completed, both parties will receive a 50% refund of the brokerage fee to ensure fairness.
